Your Google Business Profile might be one of the first places potential customers look before deciding which business to contact.

But is your profile giving them a reason to choose you?

In 2026, make sure your profile includes:
🔹 Accurate business information
🔹 Relevant categories and services
🔹 A clear description of what you do
🔹 Genuine customer reviews
🔹 Real photos of your business
🔹 Helpful, up-to-date information

Here's what often gets overlooked: being found is only half the equation.
Your profile should help potential customers understand what you offer, build trust in your business, and know how to take the next step.

It's one piece of a larger digital marketing strategy, but it's worth getting right.

When was the last time you reviewed your Google Business Profile?

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲.

Now you can show up in that conversation.

ChatGPT Ads let B2B companies reach buyers while they research solutions, compare providers and build their shortlist.

But before you put budget behind it, you need to answer three questions:

➤ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁?
➤ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵?
➤ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀?

Here's a quick example of the math:

➤ $4 per click with a 4% lead rate = $100 per lead
➤ If 1 in 4 leads is qualified = $400 per qualified lead
➤ If 1 in 5 qualified leads becomes a customer = $2,000 to win a customer

Is that worth it? It depends on what a customer is worth to you.
That's the number most companies skip.

Our new guide breaks down ChatGPT Ads pricing, starting budgets and which B2B businesses are the best fit, so you can decide before you spend.

You might be ranking #1 on Google Maps… but only from your parking lot.

Local search rankings can change depending on where someone searches. A business may show up near the top in one town and much farther down in another.

That’s why local SEO goes beyond optimizing your Google Business Profile. Your website, city service pages, and local links all play a role in helping people find your business in the communities you serve.

Want to get found in more local markets? Let’s talk.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.

That's not a budget problem. It's a leak.

Here are 3 checks you can do in 10 minutes:

1️⃣ 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Look at what people actually typed before clicking. If you see "free," "jobs," "DIY" or towns you don't serve, you're paying for the wrong clicks.

2️⃣ 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲. Does the page match what the ad promised? Can you call in one tap? If you'd leave, so will your customers.

3️⃣ 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿. Then check if Google Ads recorded it as a conversion. If not, Google is optimizing blind, and you're guessing.

Most accounts we review have at least one of these leaks. Fixing it often means more leads from the same budget.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗼. Want us to find the leaks for you? Our 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 shows:

→ Where your budget is being wasted
→ Why visitors aren't converting
→ What to fix first

For home care agencies, serving multiple cities means more than listing those locations on your website.

When a family searches for home care in their community, they want to find an agency that understands their area and can provide the support they need.

That's why location-specific service pages can make a difference.
A well-built page for each city you serve gives search engines more context about where your agency operates and helps families find information that's relevant to them.

But here's the catch: simply swapping out a city name on duplicate pages isn't an effective strategy. Each location page should offer something useful, whether that's the services available, local resources, caregiver availability, or answers to questions families in that area may have.

The takeaway: If your home care agency serves multiple communities, make sure your website gives each one a meaningful place to learn about your services.

𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲.

Is yours on the list?

Your next buyer is already asking. Before they fill out a form or pick up the phone, they're using ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI to build a shortlist of vendors.

If you're not on that shortlist, your competitor gets the conversation.

Many companies are surprised to find they rank on Google, but AI barely mentions them.

Our 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 shows:

→ Where you appear (and don't) in AI search
→ Which competitors AI recommends instead
→ What's holding you back
→ What to fix first, tied to leads and revenue

No jargon. No obligation. Just a clear plan you can act on, or take straight to your leadership team.
