Ready Access is a Chicago based manufacturer of transaction windows and drive-thru windows for businesses in the food service industry, convenience stores, banks, pharmacies, and others. They have been the top manufacturer of service windows since they developed the drive-thru window for McDonald’s in the 1970s.
When Ready Access approached Proceed Innovative for a new web design, their current website had an outdated look and ineffective navigation considering the number of products that customers can order from the website. The client wanted an improved appearance and navigation and some new features added for usability, such as order and quote forms on each product page to help improve leads and sales. The old website was not mobile friendly, the new design had to be mobile responsive so mobile users can experience the full functionality of the website and request quotes right on their devices.
Improved Functionality and User Experience
The redesigned Ready Access website has an updated layout with an improved appearance and better navigation than the previous design. The new design and navigation make it easy for users to quickly find the page for the specific products they need. The products offered by Ready Access are neatly organized in the navigation menu and each product page contains information including a description of the product. Users can also choose their features for the transaction windows including bullet resistant and hurricane rated glass. The “order” and “quote” buttons on each page make it very easy for users to order their products or immediately request a quote.
